GOTS认证关于危害和毒理的规定：

1)   Asubstance or preparation is considered as (potentially) bio-accumulative, ifBCF (= bio-concentration factor) ≥ 500 or, if absent, log K ow (= logarithm ofthe n-octanol-water partition co-efficient) ≥ 4

一种物质或配制品，若BCF（生物富集系数）≥500，或logKow（正辛醇-水分配系数的对数）≥4，则其被视为（潜在）具有生物累积性

2) Testing requirement: >70% OECD 301A [28d] or equivalent testingmethod according to footnote 4 of the table below, except test methods relatedto eliminability (OECD 302). In those cases where only BOD and COD data areavailable the input is considered 'rapidly degradable' when the ratio ofBOD5/COD is ≥ 0,5.

测试要求：>70%——OECD301A[28天]或下表脚注4所述的等效测试方法，与生物去除能力相关的测试方法（OECD302）除外。在只获取BOD和COD数据的测试中，当BOD5/COD≥0.5时，则投入物就被视为“可快速降解”。

3) This criterion is not applicable to preparations whose very lowsolubility in water prevents their bioaccumulation (e.g. pigment preparations)

该准则不适用在水中溶解度很小的配制品，以防生物累积（如：颜料配制品）
